Join Team CtoC for the LA Marathon!

Connecting to Cure Crohn’s and Colitis (CtoC) was founded in 2011 by Stacy Dylan and Dana Zatulove. Our mission is to connect and support the Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) community, accelerate research, and amplify awareness of Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.

Together We Will
Make A Difference

Building a Stronger IBD Community

Beyond our commitment to medical research funding, our CONNECTIONS programs provide essential complementary and emotional support to our patient and caregiver communities. Our CONNECTIONS initiatives encompass support groups, mentorship programs, and restorative activities designed to manage symptoms, optimize patient health, enhance patient and caregiver quality of life, and connect with others.

We have donated over $3,250,000 to IBD research and
in support of pediatric patients and their families.

Our Impact on the IBD Community

Through our dedicated efforts, we’ve significantly contributed to advancing our understanding of the causes and treatments of Inflammatory Bowel Diseases and developed unique programming designed to empower patients and families, and facilitate meaningful connections within the IBD Community.

ADVANCING RESEARCH

We direct funds to esteemed institutions like The Susan and Leonard Feinstein Inflammatory Bowel Disease Clinical Center at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Program at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, and The Inflammatory Bowel Disease Program at Mayo Clinic. Our efforts are driving breakthrough research across the disease’s lifecycle, shedding light on its development in both children and adults.

SUPPORTING PATIENTS

We ease the financial burden on families dealing with the costs associated with their child’s IBD treatment at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA). We are a proud sponsor of the Painted Turtle Camp in Lake Hughes, California for kids and teens, ages 7 to 16, with IBD. Campers and their families attend free of charge.

"My son has Crohn’s disease, an incurable, lifelong, chronic illness. Our journey has been supported for over 10 years now by Connecting to Cure with not only incredible advice but love. The CtoC community has inspired me to do whatever I can to help other patients and families navigating IBD."      ~ Bette F.

Empowering Caregivers & Patients

Our programs, support groups, and community events bring together patients, caregivers, doctors, researchers, and volunteers, forging a strong and supportive network for all affected by IBD.  Both patient communities and caregivers report feeling isolated and that no one understands their journey.  We offer a way to connect with others who know what they are going through.

OUR DIFFERENCE

A Community That Cares

We've cultivated a robust community that spans patients, caregivers, doctors, researchers, volunteers, and healthcare advocates—all dedicated to the unwavering support of those affected by IBD.

Personalized Engagement

Stacy Dylan and our dedicated volunteer board personally connect with IBD patients and their families worldwide, offering the human connection and support they need.

Unique Fundraising

We host one-of-a-kind fundraising events that not only raise critical funds, but also unite our community in memorable ways.

Upcoming Patient & Caregiver Programs

Our unique programming offers a variety of opportunities for our community to receive the support they need for these often misunderstood diseases as they navigate the impact on their lives of Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
